Oregon Real Estate Brokers Join our NEW License Hanging Referral Program! 1. Klamath Falls Realty is a Real Estate Brokerage in Oregon that gives licensed Real Estate Brokers an alternative to inactivating their Broker License with the Real Estate Agency. 2. If a Broker is licensed, but temporarily not selling real estate and does not want to continue paying desk fees, multiple listing fees etc., they have choices, they can go on inactive status with the State, or they can hang their License with our Firm. Brokers do not have to live in Klamath Falls Oregon to join our Brokerage, nor do they have to participate in the referral program! |

3. Brokers associated with our Brokerage under this program, do not sell real estate through this office, therefore we do not have any Association Fees. All potential clients are referred to Full Service Brokerages (Brokers choice) and Klamath Falls Realty Brokers collect referral fees only. We pay 97% referral commissions. We do not charge any Transaction or Administration fees. 4. Our fee is a flat $100.00 per year. By keeping License active with us, rather than inactive with the State of Oregon, Brokers have the ability to earn referral commissions and quickly move to a Full Service Brokerage, without delays, when they are ready to return to their real estate career. (Brokers must still continue the State's required continuing education.) |
